Business Intelligence Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Works closely with business to understand the requirements in the context of BI and create strong semantic models, visualizations forreporting.
Experience in handling large volumes of data within Power BI though various storage modes.
Create, test, and deploy power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis.
Excellent knowledge on the best practices for optimized power BI reports
Understand upstream systems, their dependencies and provide database design guidance based on a though understanding of applicable technology, tools, and existing designs.
Well versed with Power BI application security models.
Be able to use Performance analyzer and Power BI to run DAX queries and functions.
Proficient in doing advanced- level of computations.
Advanced SQL skills to validate the data against the source.
Build efficient reports and visualizations for different domains and publish them for larger audiences.
Be able to demonstrate various workarounds on tool limitations.
Build paginated reports using RDL/Power BI service.
Capable of enabling Row-Level-Security
Strong understanding of DAX Expressions
Good understanding of Power BI features and functionalities.
