Business Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with various data analysis tools and methodologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights that drive business success.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Implement ETL processes using Talend to ensure data integrity and availability.
Create detailed project plans and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Employ programming languages such as R and Python for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
Automate repetitive tasks using VBA to enhance operational efficiency.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, Python, and Talend.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
