Job Title: Mid-Level Business Analyst
Location: Framingham, MA
Job Summary:Join our vibrant team as a Mid-Level Business Analyst, where you'll utilize your expertise in Microsoft Power BI and SQL database development. You'll be instrumental in driving process improvement initiatives, transitioning legacy database environments to advanced solutions, and addressing reporting inquiries for our Product Development division.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports to provide key business insights.
Analyze complex SQL data sets to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.
Transition and maintain SQL-based data mart from Access-based environment, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Manage ad-hoc reporting inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL; experience with other BI tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
