Are you a data-driven professional who wants to support meaningful change? LiveWest is looking for an Asset Data Analyst/Developer to join our Asset Investment team.

In this exciting role, you will work in a supportive team who will collaborate with you and guide you to find the insights needed for strategic, impactful projects. From overlaying customer support needs to property use and maintenance, to analysing property data to help shape our £1b 30-year business plan, to analysing drone survey data and helping to decide which roofs to replace. You will collaborate with and be supported by other data professionals as well as property subject matter experts within the team and throughout LiveWest., Querying, analysing, validating, extracting and importing asset data using SQL, Power BI and the application's own tools.

• Working with other data sources including but not limited to customer, repairs, housing, energy and property development.

• Finding patterns of property use and property need by different customer groups.

• Mining data to support new initiatives such as drone surveying.

• Sharing best practice with other data roles in asset strategy team and across LiveWest.

This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term basis until the end of June 2026, for internal colleagues this will be a secondment opportunity. This position is be based in our Exeter office. A hybrid working style is an option.

To be successful in this role, you will have the skills, knowledge and experience for a Level 1 role (please see our candidate information pack) and the following:

• Degree in numerate subject or equivalent experience.

• Experience querying databases using SQL.

• Experience using Power BI.

• Experience manipulating data in MS Excel.

• Able to understand complex business logic and translate into data rules.

• Thinks about the ease of maintenance of data products created.

• Able to work to tight deadlines with a positive attitude.

• Demonstrates continual learning and development.

• Demonstrates collaborative working with other data and functional area colleagues.

• A positive commitment to the values and aims of the organisation.

• Experience of working with Keystone asset management system. (D)

• Experience of working in a social housing context. (D)
