Value Creation: Through service, we create value for clients, pets, and ourselves.
Personalized Care: We partner with the family to provide the same individualized care we want for ourselves.
Contract Opportunity: Data Support Specialist for Warehouse Creation & System Migration Project

Validate and clean data during migration, as appropriate
Document data mappings, logic for transformation, and QA checks on migrated data
Data warehouse completion and scaling
Assess current state of the data warehouse and fill in gaps to ensure full coverage of PIMS data
Build or refine data pipelines via APIs or manual uploads fur current and new system
Ensure warehouse if flexible enough to support both legacy and new systems during and after staged migration period
Reporting & analytics support
Assist in creating or updating reports/dashboards that span both systems
Ensure metrics and KPIs remain consistent and meaningful through the transition
Supplemental support of ad hoc data analysis needs for internal stakeholders
Deliverables
Updated and operational data warehouse supporting both old and new systems
API/data load connections from PIMS, with additional systems as a value add

Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
